सुयॊधनॊ ययाव अग्रे शरिया परमया जवलन कर्णेन सार्धं राजेन्द्र सौबलेन च देविना ।। ३-२४०-४५ ।।

'He led the march at the forefront, accompanied by Karṇa and the gambler, the son of Śakuni.' ।। 3-240-45 ।।

suyòdhanò yayAva agre zariyA paramayA javalana karNena sArdhaM rAjendra saubalena ca devinA || 3-240-45 ||
