ते वध्यमाना गन्धर्वाः पाण्डवेन महात्मना भूमिष्ठम अन्तरिक्षस्थाः शरवर्षैर अवाकिरन ॥ ३-२३४-१५ ॥

sanskrit

'As the Gandharvas were being slaughtered by the illustrious son of Pandu, they unleashed a heavy downpour of arrows from the sky upon Arjuna, who stood on the earth.' ।। 3-234-15 ।।

english translation

te vadhyamAnA gandharvAH pANDavena mahAtmanA bhUmiSThama antarikSasthAH zaravarSaira avAkirana ॥ 3-234-15 ॥
