ते वध्यमाना गन्धर्वा दिव्यैर अस्त्रैर महात्मभिः उत्पेतुः खम उपादाय धृतराष्ट्र सुतांस ततः ।। ३-२३४-१० ।।

sanskrit

'As the Gandharvas were being slaughtered by the mighty warriors with their celestial weapons, they ascended into the skies, carrying with them the sons of Dhritarashtra.' ।। 3-234-10 ।।

english translation

te vadhyamAnA gandharvA divyaira astraira mahAtmabhiH utpetuH khama upAdAya dhRtarASTra sutAMsa tataH || 3-234-10 ||
