यावत सप्तति वर्षाणि भवन्त्य एते गरहा नृणाम अतः परं देहिनां तु गरहतुल्यॊ भवेज जवरः ।। ३-२१९-५६ ।।

sanskrit

'Until men reach the age of seventy, these malevolent spirits continue to torment them. After that, fever becomes the sole affliction that plagues sentient beings.' ।। 3-219-56 ।।

english translation

yAvata saptati varSANi bhavantya ete garahA nRNAma ataH paraM dehinAM tu garahatulyò bhaveja javaraH || 3-219-56 ||
