पतिव्रताया माहात्म्यं बराह्मणस्य च सत्तम माता पित्रॊश च शुश्रूषा वयाधे धर्मश च कीर्तितः ॥ ३-२०६-३२ ॥

sanskrit

'The greatness of a devoted wife, the virtue of the Brahmana, the service to one's parents, and the duty of the sick are all extolled.' ॥ 3-206-32 ॥

english translation

pativratAyA mAhAtmyaM barAhmaNasya ca sattama mAtA pitròza ca zuzrUSA vayAdhe dharmaza ca kIrtitaH ॥ 3-206-32 ॥
