सात्त्विकस तव अथ संबुद्धॊ लॊकवृत्तेन कलिश्यते यदा बुध्यति बॊद्धव्यं लॊकवृत्तं जुगुप्सते ॥ ३-२०३-८ ॥
'When a man endowed with the quality of sattva is touched by worldliness, he experiences misery. However, upon realizing its true nature, he grows to detest worldliness, and a sense of detachment from worldly affairs begins to shape his outlook.' ॥ 3-203-8 ॥
