परयत्ने कर्मणि बले य एकस तरिषु वर्तते उदान इति तं पराहुर अध्यात्मविदुषॊ जनाः ॥ ३-२०३-१९ ॥
'That same air is present in the three elements of effort, exertion, and power. In this state, it is called the Udāna air by those learned in physical science.' ॥ 3-203-19 ॥
