आरम्भॊ नयाययुक्तॊ यः स हि धर्म इति समृतः अनाचारस तव अधर्मेति एतच छिष्टानुशासनम ॥ ३-१९८-७२ ॥

sanskrit

'It is the eternal principle that virtuous actions are those based on justice, and it is also decreed by the wise that all unrighteous conduct is sinful.' ।। 3-198-72 ।।

english translation

Arambhò nayAyayuktò yaH sa hi dharma iti samRtaH anAcArasa tava adharmeti etaca chiSTAnuzAsanama ॥ 3-198-72 ॥
