एष कालॊ महाबाहॊ अपि सर्वदिवौकसाम मुह्यन्ति हि परजास तात कालेनाभिप्रचॊदिताः ॥ ३-१८९-२५ ॥
'The wise are never overwhelmed when persecuted by Time. O mighty-armed one, even the celestial beings cannot transcend Time. Time afflicts all creatures.' ॥ 3-189-25 ॥
