नानृते कुरुषे भावं कच चिद धर्मे च वर्तसे मता पित्रॊश च ते वृत्तिः कच चित पार्थ न सीदति ।। ३-१५६-६ ।।

sanskrit

'Do you remain steadfast in truth, and are you committed to the path of virtue? And, O Partha, does your conduct align with the will of your ancestors, or does it not bring them honor?' ।। 3-156-6 ।।

english translation

nAnRte kuruSe bhAvaM kaca cida dharme ca vartase matA pitròza ca te vRttiH kaca cita pArtha na sIdati || 3-156-6 ||
