न तस्मिन युगसंसर्गे वयाधयॊ नेन्द्रिय कषयः नासूया नापि रुदितं न दर्पॊ नापि पैशुनम ।। ३-१४८-१४ ।।

sanskrit

'During the Krita Yuga, there was no disease or decay of the senses, nor were there malice, pride, hypocrisy, discord, ill-will, cunning, fear, misery, envy, or greed.' ।। 3-148-14 ।।

english translation

na tasmina yugasaMsarge vayAdhayò nendriya kaSayaH nAsUyA nApi ruditaM na darpò nApi paizunama || 3-148-14 ||
