तत्र सर्वत्र वक्तव्यं मन्यन्ते शास्त्रकॊविदाः विशेषतश च वक्तव्यं दयूते पश्यन्ति तद्विदः ॥ ३-१४-८ ॥
'Scholars of the Sastras agree that these vices bring numerous misfortunes. Those who indulge in gambling are well aware of its inherent evils.' ॥ 3-14-8 ॥
