उताबलस्य बलवान उत बालस्य पण्डितः उत वाविदुसॊ विद्वान पुत्रॊ जनक जायते ॥ ३-१३४-३४ ॥
'Kahoda said, "The weak may have sons endowed with strength; the fools may have sons blessed with wisdom; and the illiterate may have sons possessed of great learning."' ॥ 3-134-34 ॥
