आत्मा हि जायते तस्यां तस्माज जाया भवत्य उत भर्ता च भार्यया रक्ष्यः कथं जायान ममॊदरे ॥ ३-१३-६२ ॥
'A wife is thus called 'Jaya' because she is the source of one's progeny. Similarly, a wife should also protect her husband, remembering that he is destined to be reborn through her womb.' ॥ 3-13-62 ॥
