स परदाय महीं तस्मै कश्यपाय महात्मने अस्मिन महेन्द्रे शैलेन्द्रे वसत्य अमितविक्रमः ।। ३-११७-१४ ।।

sanskrit

'The exterminator of the military race, endowed with immense strength, granted the earth to the high-souled Kasyapa and then devoted himself to severe penance.' ।। 3-117-14 ।।

english translation

sa paradAya mahIM tasmai kazyapAya mahAtmane asmina mahendre zailendre vasatya amitavikramaH || 3-117-14 ||
