तत्रापश्यन महात्मानं वारुणिं दीप्ततेजसम उपास्यमानम ऋषिभिर देवैर इव पितामहम ॥ ३-१०१-१२ ॥

sanskrit

'There, they beheld the illustrious Agastya, son of Varuna, radiating brilliance and attended by sages, just as Brahma is revered by the celestials.' ॥ 3-101-12 ॥

english translation

tatrApazyana mahAtmAnaM vAruNiM dIptatejasama upAsyamAnama RSibhira devaira iva pitAmahama ॥ 3-101-12 ॥
