अविध्यत्परमक्रुद्धः शीघ्रास्त्रं सम्प्रदर्शयन् । राक्षसेन्द्रसुतं चापि बाणौघैः समताडयत् ॥ ६-९१-२६
- and struck them showing his speed in discharging missiles, extremely angry Lakshmana also struck Indrajit with an array of arrows. ॥ 6-91-26॥
english translation
avidhyatparamakruddhaH zIghrAstraM sampradarzayan । rAkSasendrasutaM cApi bANaughaiH samatADayat ॥ 6-91-26
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसोऽतिविद्धो बलवता शत्रुणा शत्रुघातिना । असक्तं प्रेषयामास लक्ष्मणाय बहून् शरान् ॥ ६-९१-२७
Indrajit, who was grievously wounded by his enemy, Lakshmana, the mighty destroyer of hostile enemies, continuously discharged arrows at him. ॥ 6-91-27॥
english translation
so'tividdho balavatA zatruNA zatrughAtinA । asaktaM preSayAmAsa lakSmaNAya bahUn zarAn ॥ 6-91-27
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतानप्राप्तान् शितैर्भाणैश्चिच्छेदपरवीरहा ॥ सारथेरस्य च रणेरथिवोरघुसत्तमः ॥ ६-९१-२८
Lakshmana, the destroyer of valiant adversaries, tore those arrows yet not arrived, with sharp arrows. And, in the battle, (there) was the charioteer of Indrajit, the chariot-warrior, his . - ॥ 6-91-28॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptशिरोजहारधर्मात्माभल्लेनानतपर्वणा । असूतास्तेहयास्तत्ररथमूहुरविक्लबाः ॥ ६-९१-२९
- head was eliminated by virtuous Lakshmana with an arrow called Bhalla which was looking curved at its nodes. There, though there was no charioteer, those horses without getting perturbed, continued to draw the chariot . - ॥ 6-91-29॥
