[ल] इल्वलॊ नाम दैतेय आसीत कौरवनन्दन मणिमत्यां पुरि पुरा वातापिस तस्य चानुजः ।। ३-९४-४ ।।

sanskrit

'Thus questioned, Lomasa replied, 'O son of the Kuru race, in ancient times, there was a Daitya named Ilvala who resided in the city of Manimati, and his younger brother was Vatapi.' ।। 3-94-4 ।।

english translation

[la] ilvalò nAma daiteya AsIta kauravanandana maNimatyAM puri purA vAtApisa tasya cAnujaH || 3-94-4 ||
