[वै] ततॊ वनगताः पार्थाः सायाह्ने सह कृष्णया उपविष्टाः कथाश चक्रुर दुःखशॊकपरायणाः ।। ३-२८-१ ।।

sanskrit

'Vaisampayana said, "In the evening, the sons of Pritha, exiled to the forest and accompanied by Krishna, sat together, deeply afflicted by sorrow and grief, and conversed with one another."' ।। 3-28-1 ।।

english translation

[vai] tatò vanagatAH pArthAH sAyAhne saha kRSNayA upaviSTAH kathAza cakrura duHkhazòkaparAyaNAH || 3-28-1 ||
