यथा कर्णस्य च रथॊ धार्तराष्ट्रस्य चॊभयॊः गन्धर्वैः शतशॊ छिन्नौ तथा तेषां परचक्रिरे ॥ ३-२३४-३ ॥

'Just as the chariots of Karna and Duryodhana had once been shattered into a hundred pieces by the Gandharvas, so too did they attempt to break the chariots of the four heroes.' ॥ 3-234-3 ॥

english translation

yathA karNasya ca rathò dhArtarASTrasya còbhayòH gandharvaiH zatazò chinnau tathA teSAM paracakrire ॥ 3-234-3 ॥
