धनुर गराहश चार्जुनः सव्यसाची; धनुश च तद गाण्डिवं लॊकसारम अस्त्राणि दिव्यानि च तानि तस्य; तरयस्य तेजॊ परसहेत कॊ नु ।। ३-२२५-३० ।।

sanskrit

'Arjuna, the ambidextrous archer, possesses the bow Gandiva, which is the best among all bows. He also wields divine weapons, and who, indeed, can withstand the radiance of his prowess, which is capable of overpowering the three worlds?' ।। 3-225-30 ।।

english translation

dhanura garAhaza cArjunaH savyasAcI; dhanuza ca tada gANDivaM lòkasArama astrANi divyAni ca tAni tasya; tarayasya tejò parasaheta kò nu || 3-225-30 ||
