अचन्द्रसूर्यं हरयो ददृशू रोमहर्षणम् । निशाम्य तस्मात् शिंहांश्च तांस्तांश्च मृगपक्ष्णिः ॥ ४-५०-१८

There was no light of the Moon or the Sun. It was a horripilating experience. Reverberating with the sounds of lions, beasts and birds - ॥ 4-50-18॥

acandrasUryaM harayo dadRzU romaharSaNam । nizAmya tasmAt ziMhAMzca tAMstAMzca mRgapakSNiH ॥ 4-50-18
