तांश्च प्रतीक्षमाणोऽयं विक्रान्तात्सुमहाबलान् | राघवस्यार्थसिध्यर्थं न निर्याति हरीश्वरः || ४-३५-२०

'Sugriva is awaiting the arrival of the powerful and strong vanaras without whose help he cannot accomplish Rama's task. Therefore he has not yet started (the search). [4-35-20]
