नदीघनप्रस्रवणोदकाना मतिप्रवृद्धानिलबर्हिणानाम् | प्लवङ्गमानां च गतोत्सवानां द्रुतं रवास्सम्प्रति सम्प्रणष्टाः || ४-३०-४३

'Suddenly the turbulent sounds of the river waters, waterfalls and thunderclouds have stopped. The peacoks having lost the pleasure of blowing winds lost their excitement. The croaking of frogs is silent. [4-30-43]

english translation

nadIghanaprasravaNodakAnA matipravRddhAnilabarhiNAnAm | plavaGgamAnAM ca gatotsavAnAM drutaM ravAssamprati sampraNaSTAH || 4-30-43
