प्रियान्वितानां नलिनीप्रियाणां वने रतानां कुसुमोद्धतानाम् | मदोत्कटानां मदलालसानां गजोत्तमानां गतयोऽद्य मन्दाः || ४-३०-३५

'Lordly elephants accompanied by their dear female mates, fond of lotus ponds and woods are out to enjoy the sweet smell of the blossoms of saptachada and excited by passion and longing for sexual union are moving slowly. [4-30-35]

priyAnvitAnAM nalinIpriyANAM vane ratAnAM kusumoddhatAnAm | madotkaTAnAM madalAlasAnAM gajottamAnAM gatayo'dya mandAH || 4-30-35
