साधयिष्यति सङ्कल्पमब्रह्मण्ये प्रयोजितः । इत्यादिष्टस्तथा चक्रे कृष्णायाभिचरन् व्रती ।। १०-६६-३१ ।।

sanskrit

will fulfill your desire if you direct it against someone inimical to the brāhmaṇas.” So instructed, Sudakṣiṇa strictly observed the ritualistic vows and invoked the abhicāra against Lord Kṛṣṇa. ।। 10-66-31 ।।

english translation

आपकी इच्छा पूरी करेगी यदि आप इसे ब्राह्मणों के प्रति शत्रु किसी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध निर्देशित करेंगे। इस प्रकार निर्देश दिए जाने पर, सुदक्षिण ने अनुष्ठानिक व्रतों का सख्ती से पालन किया और भगवान कृष्ण के खिलाफ अभिचार का आह्वान किया। ।। १०-६६-३१ ।।

ततोऽग्निरुत्थितः कुण्डान्मूर्तिमानतिभीषणः । तप्तताम्रशिखाश्मश्रुरङ्गारोद्गारिलोचनः ।। १०-६६-३२ ।।

Thereupon the fire rose up out of the altar pit, assuming the form of an extremely fearsome, naked person. The fiery creature’s beard and tuft of hair were like molten copper, and his eyes emitted blazing hot cinders. ।। 10-66-32 ।।

english translation

इसके बाद अग्नि वेदी के गड्ढे से बाहर उठी और अत्यंत भयानक, नग्न व्यक्ति का रूप धारण कर लिया। उग्र प्राणी की दाढ़ी और बालों का गुच्छा पिघले हुए तांबे की तरह थे, और उसकी आँखों से धधकती गर्म अंगारियाँ निकल रही थीं। ।। १०-६६-३२ ।।

उसका चेहरा नुकीले नुकीले दांतों और भयानक धनुषाकार तथा सिकुड़ी हुई भौंहों के कारण अत्यंत भयावह लग रहा था। जैसे ही उसने अपनी जीभ से उसके मुँह के कोनों को चाटा, राक्षस ने अपना जलता हुआ त्रिशूल हिलाया। ।। १०-६६-३३ ।।

ताड़ के पेड़ जितने ऊंचे पैरों पर, राक्षस भूतिया आत्माओं के साथ द्वारका की ओर दौड़ा, जमीन को हिलाया और सभी दिशाओं में दुनिया को जला दिया। ।। १०-६६-३४ ।।

Seeing the approacḥ of the fiery demon created by the abhicāra ritual, the residents of Dvārakā were all struck with fear, like animals terrified by a forest fire. ।। 10-66-35 ।।

अभिचार अनुष्ठान द्वारा उत्पन्न उग्र राक्षस के दृष्टिकोण को देखकर, द्वारका के सभी निवासी भयभीत हो गए, जैसे जंगल की आग से भयभीत जानवर। ।। १०-६६-३५ ।।
