प्रावृट् श्रियं च तां वीक्ष्य सर्वकालसुखावहाम् । भगवान् पूजयाञ्चक्रे आत्मशक्त्युपबृंहिताम् ॥ १०-२०-३१ ॥
Thus observing the beauty and opulence of Vṛndāvana’s rainy season, a perennial source of great happiness, the Lord offered all respect to that season, which was expanded from His own internal potency. ॥ 10-20-31 ॥
english translation
इस तरह परम आनन्द के शाश्वत स्रोत वृन्दावन की वर्षा ऋतु के सौन्दर्य और ऐश्वर्य का निरीक्षण करते हुए भगवान् ने उस ऋतु को नमस्कार किया जो उन्हीं की अन्तरंगा शक्ति का विस्तार थी। ॥ १०-२०-३१ ॥

prAvRT zriyaM ca tAM vIkSya sarvakAlasukhAvahAm । bhagavAn pUjayAJcakre AtmazaktyupabRMhitAm ॥ 10-20-31 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएवं निवसतोस्तस्मिन् रामकेशवयोर्व्रजे । शरत्समभवद्व्यभ्रा स्वच्छाम्ब्वपरुषानिला ॥ १०-२०-३२ ॥
While Lord Rāma and Lord Keśava were thus dwelling in Vṛndāvana, the fall season arrived, when the sky is cloudless, the water clear and the wind gentle. ॥ 10-20-32 ॥
english translation
इस तरह जब भगवान् राम तथा भगवान् केशव वृन्दावन में रह रहे थे तो शरद ऋतु आ गई जिसमें आकाश बादलों से रहित, जल स्वच्छ तथा वायु मन्द हो जाती है। ॥ १०-२०-३२ ॥

evaM nivasatostasmin rAmakezavayorvraje । zaratsamabhavadvyabhrA svacchAmbvaparuSAnilA ॥ 10-20-32 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशरदा नीरजोत्पत्त्या नीराणि प्रकृतिं ययुः । भ्रष्टानामिव चेतांसि पुनर्योगनिषेवया ॥ १०-२०-३३ ॥
The autumn season, which regenerated the lotus flowers, also restored the various bodies of water to their original purity, just as the process of devotional service purifies the minds of the fallen yogīs when they return to it. ॥ 10-20-33 ॥
english translation
कमलपुष्पों को पुन: उत्पन्न करनेवाली शरद ऋतु ने विविध जलाशयों को पूर्ववत् स्वच्छ (निर्मल) बना दिया जिस तरह कि भक्तियोग पतित योगियों के मनों को पुन: इस ओर लौटने पर शुद्ध बनाता है। ॥ १०-२०-३३ ॥

zaradA nIrajotpattyA nIrANi prakRtiM yayuH । bhraSTAnAmiva cetAMsi punaryoganiSevayA ॥ 10-20-33 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptव्योम्नोऽब्दं भूतशाबल्यं भुवः पङ्कमपां मलम् । शरज्जहाराश्रमिणां कृष्णे भक्तिर्यथाशुभम् ॥ १०-२०-३४ ॥
Autumn cleared the sky of clouds, let the animals get out of their crowded living conditions, cleaned the earth of its covering of mud, and purified the water of contamination, in the same way that loving service rendered to Lord Kṛṣṇa frees the members of the four spiritual orders from their respective troubles. ॥ 10-20-34 ॥

शरद ऋतु ने आकाश से बादलों को हटा दिया, पशुओं को भीड़भाड़ भरी जगहों से निकाल लिया, पृथ्वी के कीचड़ को साफ कर दिया तथा जल के गँदलेपन को दूर कर दिया जिस तरह कि भगवान् कृष्ण की प्रेमाभक्ति चारों आश्रमों के सदस्यों को उनकी अपनी अपनी व्याधियों से मुक्त कर देती है। ॥ १०-२०-३४ ॥

vyomno'bdaM bhUtazAbalyaM bhuvaH paGkamapAM malam । zarajjahArAzramiNAM kRSNe bhaktiryathAzubham ॥ 10-20-34 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसर्वस्वं जलदा हित्वा विरेजुः शुभ्रवर्चसः । यथा त्यक्तैषणाः शान्ता मुनयो मुक्तकिल्बिषाः ॥ १०-२०-३५ ॥
The clouds, having given up all they possessed, shone forth with purified effulgence, just like peaceful sages who have given up all material desires and are thus free of all sinful propensities. ॥ 10-20-35 ॥
english translation
बादल अपना सर्वस्व त्यागकर शुद्ध तेज से उसी तरह चमकने लगे जिस तरह शान्त मुनिगण अपनी समस्त भौतिक इच्छाएँ त्यागने पर पापपूर्ण लालसाओं से मुक्त हो जाते हैं। ॥ १०-२०-३५ ॥
