चतुर्भागे समुद्रस्य चक्रवान्नाम पर्वतः । तत्र चक्रं सहस्रारं निर्मितं विश्वकर्मणा ॥ ४-४२-२७

Then move to the fourth part (of the western sea) where you will see a mountain called Chakravan occupying a quarter part of the sea.You will find there a thousand-spiked wheel built by Vishvakarma. ॥ 4-42-27॥

english translation

caturbhAge samudrasya cakravAnnAma parvataH । tatra cakraM sahasrAraM nirmitaM vizvakarmaNA ॥ 4-42-27
