संस्कार्यो हरिराजश्च अङ्गदश्चाभिषिच्यताम् । सिंहासनगतं पुत्रं पश्यन्ती शान्तिमेष्यसि ॥ ४-२१-११
'Let all the rituals of the king of vanaras be performed. Let Angada be consecrated. You will attain peace of mind to see your son seated on the throne.' [4-21-11]
english translation
सा तस्य वचनं श्रुत्वा भर्तृव्यसनपीडिता । अब्रवीदुत्तरं तारा हनूमन्तमवस्थितम् ॥ ४-२१-१२
On hearing Hanuman's words, Tara, tormented by the death of her husband said to Hanuman who was waiting for her reply [4-21-12]

अङ्गदप्रतिरूपाणां पुत्राणामेकतश्शतम् । हतस्याप्यस्य वीरस्य गात्रसंश्लेषणं वरम् ॥ ४-२१-१३
- 'To embrace even the dead body of this hero is better than ( to embrace ) a hundred prototypes of Angada. [4-21-13]
english translation
न चाहं हरिराजस्य प्रभवाम्यङ्गदस्य वा । पितृव्यस्तस्य सुग्रीवस्सर्वकार्येष्वनन्तरः ॥ ४-२१-१४
'Who am I either for conducting the monkeys kingdom or to anoint Angada when Angada's paternal-uncle Sugreeva is close at hand? [4-21-14]
english translation
न ह्येषाबुद्धिरास्थेया हनूमन्नङ्गदं प्रति । पिता हि बन्धुः पुत्रस्य न माता हरिसत्तम ॥ ४-२१-१५
'O Hanuman the best of monkeys, you need not think about ( the future of ) Angada. A father plans for a son and not ( even ) the mother. [4-21-15]
