अन्तरप्रेप्सुना तेन हत्वा गृध्रं जटायुषम् | भार्यावियोगजं दुःखं न चिरात्त्वं विमोक्ष्यसे || ४-६-४

sanskrit

'While she was crying ( piteously ) he killed Jatayu. ( the vulture who protested ). Very soon you will be relieved of the grief caused by the separation from your wife. [4-6-4]

english translation

antaraprepsunA tena hatvA gRdhraM jaTAyuSam | bhAryAviyogajaM duHkhaM na cirAttvaM vimokSyase || 4-6-4
