त्रिवर्गफलभोक्ता तु राजा धर्मेण युज्यते । उद्योगसमयस्त्वेषप्राप्तश्शत्रुविनाशन ॥ ४-३८-२३

- with righteousness, that king enjoys the fruits of all the three (dharma, artha and kama) goals of life. O slayer of enemies, the time to act has arrived. ॥ 4-38-23॥
