नयश्च विनयश्चोभौ यस्मिन्सत्यं च सुस्थितम् । विक्रमश्च यथा दृष्टस्स राजा देशकालवित् ॥ ४-१८-८
'Bharata in whom justice and discipline, truth and courage along with the knowledge of time and place for action are firmly rooted is king ( of this earth ). ॥ 4-18-8॥

nayazca vinayazcobhau yasminsatyaM ca susthitam । vikramazca yathA dRSTassa rAjA dezakAlavit ॥ 4-18-8
