ददुः स्वन्नं द्विजाग्र्येभ्यः कृष्णे नो भक्तिरस्त्विति । स्वयं च तदनुज्ञाता वृष्णयः कृष्णदेवताः ॥ १०-८२-११ ॥
fed first-class brāhmaṇas with sumptuous food. All the while they prayed, “May we be granted devotion to Lord Kṛṣṇa.” Then, with the permission of Lord Kṛṣṇa, their sole object of worship, ॥ 10-82-11 ॥

प्रथम श्रेणी के ब्राह्मणों को उत्तम भोजन खिलाया। पूरे समय वे प्रार्थना करते रहे, "हमें भगवान कृष्ण की भक्ति प्राप्त हो।" फिर, भगवान कृष्ण की अनुमति से, जो उनकी पूजा के एकमात्र उद्देश्य हैं, ॥ १०-८२-११ ॥

the Vṛṣṇis ate breakfast and sat down at their leisure beneath trees that gave cooling shade. The Yādavas saw that many of the kings who had arrived were old friends and relatives ॥ 10-82-12 ॥

वृष्णियों ने नाश्ता किया और ठंडी छाया देने वाले पेड़ों के नीचे आराम से बैठ गए। यादवों ने देखा कि जो राजा आये थे उनमें से कई पुराने मित्र और रिश्तेदार थे ॥ १०-८२-१२ ॥

As the great joy of seeing one another made the lotuses of their hearts and faces bloom with fresh beauty, the men embraced one another enthusiastically. With tears pouring from their eyes, the hair on their bodies standing on end and their voices choked up, they all felt intense bliss. ॥ 10-82-15 ॥

जैसे ही एक-दूसरे को देखने की अपार खुशी ने उनके दिलों और चेहरों के कमलों को ताजा सुंदरता से खिल दिया, पुरुषों ने उत्साहपूर्वक एक-दूसरे को गले लगा लिया। उनकी आँखों से आँसू बह रहे थे, उनके शरीर पर बाल खड़े थे और उनकी आवाज़ें अवरुद्ध थीं, उन सभी को तीव्र आनंद महसूस हुआ। ॥ १०-८२-१५ ॥
