दृष्टं वनं कुसुमितं राकेशकररञ्जितम् । यमुनानिललीलैजत्तरुपल्लवशोभितम् ॥ १०-२९-२१ ॥
Now you have seen this Vṛndāvana forest, full of flowers and resplendent with the light of the full moon. You have seen the beauty of the trees, with their leaves trembling in the gentle breeze coming from the Yamunā. ॥ 10-29-21 ॥
english translation
अब तुम लोगों ने फूलों से भरे तथा पूर्ण चन्द्रमा की चाँदनी से सुशोभित इस वृन्दावन जंगल को देख लिया। तुम लोगों ने यमुना से आने वाली मन्द मन्द वायु से हिलते पत्तों वाले वृक्षों का सौन्दर्य देख लिया। ॥ १०-२९-२१ ॥

dRSTaM vanaM kusumitaM rAkezakararaJjitam । yamunAnilalIlaijattarupallavazobhitam ॥ 10-29-21 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतद्यात मा चिरं गोष्ठं शुश्रूषध्वं पतीन् सतीः । क्रन्दन्ति वत्सा बालाश्च तान्पाययत दुह्यत ॥ १०-२९-२२ ॥
So now go back to the cowherd village. Don’t delay. O chaste ladies, serve your husbands and give milk to your crying babies and calves. ॥ 10-29-22 ॥

अत: अब अपने गाँव वापस चली जाओ। देर मत करो। हे सती स्त्रियो, जाकर अपने पतियों की सेवा करो और क्रन्दन करते बच्चों तथा बछड़ों को दूध दो। ॥ १०-२९-२२ ॥

tadyAta mA ciraM goSThaM zuzrUSadhvaM patIn satIH । krandanti vatsA bAlAzca tAnpAyayata duhyata ॥ 10-29-22 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअथ वा मदभिस्नेहाद्भवत्यो यन्त्रिताशयाः । आगता ह्युपपन्नं वः प्रीयन्ते मयि जन्तवः ॥ १०-२९-२३ ॥
On the other hand, perhaps you have come here out of your great love for Me, which has taken control of your hearts. This is of course quite commendable on your part, since all living entities possess natural affection for Me. ॥ 10-29-23 ॥

अथवा तुम लोग कदाचित् मेरे प्रति अगाध प्रेम के कारण यहाँ आई हो क्योंकि इस प्रेम ने तुम्हारे हृदयों को जीत लिया है। यह सचमुच ही सराहनीय है क्योंकि सारे जीव मुझसे सहज भाव से स्नेह करते हैं। ॥ १०-२९-२३ ॥

atha vA madabhisnehAdbhavatyo yantritAzayAH । AgatA hyupapannaM vaH prIyante mayi jantavaH ॥ 10-29-23 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभर्तुः शुश्रूषणं स्त्रीणां परो धर्मो ह्यमायया । तद्बन्धूनां च कल्याण्यः प्रजानां चानुपोषणम् ॥ १०-२९-२४ ॥
The highest religious duty for a woman is to sincerely serve her husband, behave well toward her husband’s family and take good care of her children. ॥ 10-29-24 ॥
english translation
स्त्री का परम धर्म है कि वह निष्ठापूर्वक अपने पति की सेवा करे, अपने पति के परिवार के प्रति अच्छा व्यवहार करे तथा अपने बच्चों की ठीक देखरेख करे। ॥ १०-२९-२४ ॥

bhartuH zuzrUSaNaM strINAM paro dharmo hyamAyayA । tadbandhUnAM ca kalyANyaH prajAnAM cAnupoSaNam ॥ 10-29-24 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदुःशीलो दुर्भगो वृद्धो जडो रोग्यधनोऽपि वा । पतिः स्त्रीभिर्न हातव्यो लोकेप्सुभिरपातकी ॥ १०-२९-२५ ॥
Women who desire a good destination in the next life should never abandon a husband who has not fallen from his religious standards, even if he is obnoxious, unfortunate, old, unintelligent, sickly or poor. ॥ 10-29-25 ॥
english translation
जो स्त्रियाँ अगले जीवन में उत्तम लोक प्राप्त करना चाहती हैं उन्हें चाहिए कि उस पति का कभी परित्याग न करें जो अपने धार्मिक स्तर से नीचे न गिरा हो चाहे वह दुश्चरित्र, अभागा, वृद्ध, अज्ञानी, बीमार या निर्धन क्यों न हो। ॥ १०-२९-२५ ॥
