यो नो॑ मरुतो अ॒भि दु॑र्हृणा॒युस्ति॒रश्चि॒त्तानि॑ वसवो॒ जिघां॑सति । द्रु॒हः पाशा॒न्प्रति॒ स मु॑चीष्ट॒ तपि॑ष्ठेन॒ हन्म॑ना हन्तना॒ तम् ॥ यो नो मरुतो अभि दुर्हृणायुस्तिरश्चित्तानि वसवो जिघांसति । द्रुहः पाशान्प्रति स मुचीष्ट तपिष्ठेन हन्मना हन्तना तम् ॥
The man, Maruts, who wounds our feelings, he who, rebuked by all, yet seeks, Vasus, to kill us, hewoudl bind us in the wounds of (Varuṇa), the avenger (of iniquity), such a man do you destroy with a consumingfatal weapon.
