प्र शु॒क्रैतु॑ दे॒वी म॑नी॒षा अ॒स्मत्सुत॑ष्टो॒ रथो॒ न वा॒जी ॥ प्र शुक्रैतु देवी मनीषा अस्मत्सुतष्टो रथो न वाजी ॥
May pure and divine praise proceed from us (to the gods) like a swift well-constructed chariot.
english translation
वि॒दुः पृ॑थि॒व्या दि॒वो ज॒नित्रं॑ शृ॒ण्वन्त्यापो॒ अध॒ क्षर॑न्तीः ॥ विदुः पृथिव्या दिवो जनित्रं शृण्वन्त्यापो अध क्षरन्तीः ॥
The flowing waters having known the origin of earth and heaven; may they now hear (our praises).

आप॑श्चिदस्मै॒ पिन्व॑न्त पृ॒थ्वीर्वृ॒त्रेषु॒ शूरा॒ मंस॑न्त उ॒ग्राः ॥ आपश्चिदस्मै पिन्वन्त पृथ्वीर्वृत्रेषु शूरा मंसन्त उग्राः ॥
The vast waters offer nourishment to Indra; fierce warriors (combating) with foes, glorify him.

आ धू॒र्ष्व॑स्मै॒ दधा॒ताश्वा॒निन्द्रो॒ न व॒ज्री हिर॑ण्यबाहुः ॥ आ धूर्ष्वस्मै दधाताश्वानिन्द्रो न वज्री हिरण्यबाहुः ॥
Yoke for him the horses of his chariot, the Indra is the wielder of the thunderbolt, the golden-armed.

अ॒भि प्र स्था॒ताहे॑व य॒ज्ञं याते॑व॒ पत्म॒न्त्मना॑ हिनोत ॥ अभि प्र स्थाताहेव यज्ञं यातेव पत्मन्त्मना हिनोत ॥
Proceed to the sacrifice like one who goes along the road; proceed of your own accord.
