अनुरक्ता हि वैदेही रामं सर्वात्मना शुभा । अनन्यचित्ता रामे च पौलोमीव पुरन्दरे ॥ ५-५९-२८

- an auspicious lady is wholly devoted to Rama alone like Sachi, the wife of Indra who was bound by Nahusha. She is brooding over Rama only. [5-59-28]

"Wearing the same single cloth which she had worn before, filled with dust, Sita remained sorrowful and piteous wishing her husband's welfare. [5-59-29]
