एवं रामप्रयुक्तास्तु मार्गमाणास्ततस्ततः । वैदेहीं नाधिगच्छामो रात्रौ सूर्यप्रभामिव ॥ ४-५७-२३

'Though we are spearheaded by Rama and though we searched thereabouts for Vaidehi at the behest of Sugriva, as with a nightly sunshine Vaidehi is unattainable for us. ॥ 4-57-23॥

english translation

evaM rAmaprayuktAstu mArgamANAstatastataH । vaidehIM nAdhigacchAmo rAtrau sUryaprabhAmiva ॥ 4-57-23
