कलशैः स्नापयामासुर्मलं चास्य प्रमोचयन् । इह भूम्यां मलं दत्त्वा देवाः कारूषमेव च ॥ १-२४-२०

- bathed with the (consecrated) waters (brought from all rivers) from the pitchers and got him cleansed of impurities. At this place, with the hunger and the taint and impurity .- ॥ 1-24-20॥

kalazaiH snApayAmAsurmalaM cAsya pramocayan । iha bhUmyAM malaM dattvA devAH kArUSameva ca ॥ 1-24-20
