The recommended diets include cold beverages (payansi), jungle herbs (rasas), and various medicinal drinks like those prepared with Shali rice and Shashtika grains. Also suggested are tender leaves of Patola, Shelu, Sunishanna, Yuthika, Atimukta, and sprouts of Vata, along with Sindhuvara (Nirgundi) to be used as pot-herbs and cooked with clarified butter.

The beneficial vegetables (shaka) should be prepared with clarified butter. It is also recommended to include the fruits of Dhatri (Indian gooseberry) and Pomegranate in the diet. Additionally, various medicinal drinks, including those prepared with the essence of Paravata (a plant), Shankha (conch), Kūrma (tortoise), and those containing barley and other grains, should be used. These drinks should be mixed with clarified butter for improved therapeutic effect.

The beneficial preparations for those suffering from Rakta-pitta include milk that is enriched with the essence of lotuses (Utpala) and other similar herbs. These should be sweetened with honey and sugar. Additionally, cooling substances (hima) and medicinal pastes (gana) that are sweet in nature and mixed with clarified butter are considered ideal for the treatment of Rakta-pitta. These remedies help in pacifying the excess Pitta and alleviating its symptoms.

This remedy aids in soothing the aggravated doshas and alleviating the excessive bleeding associated with the condition.
