आदाय व्यसृजन् केचित्सज्यं कर्तुमनीश्वराः । आकोटि ज्यां समुत्कृष्य पेतुरेकेऽमुना हताः ।। १०-८३-२२ ।।

Some of them picked up the bow but could not string it, and so they threw it aside in frustration. Some managed to pull the bowstring toward the tip of the bow, only to have the bow spring back and knock them to the ground. ।। 10-83-22 ।।

english translation

उनमें से कुछ ने धनुष उठा लिया, लेकिन प्रत्यंचा नहीं चढ़ा सके, इसलिए निराश होकर उन्होंने उसे एक तरफ फेंक दिया। कुछ लोग धनुष की प्रत्यंचा को धनुष की नोक की ओर खींचने में कामयाब रहे, लेकिन धनुष वापस आ गया और उन्हें जमीन पर गिरा दिया। ।। १०-८३-२२ ।।
