Srimad Bhagavatam
पुरुषान् योषितो दृप्तः क्ष्माभृद्द्रोणीगुहासु सः । निक्षिप्य चाप्यधाच्छैलैः पेशस्कारीव कीटकम् ॥ १०-६७-७ ॥
Just as a wasp imprisons smaller insects, he arrogantly threw both men and women into caves in a mountain valley and sealed the caves shut with boulders. ॥ 10-67-7 ॥
english translation
जिस तरह ततैया छोटे-छोटे कीड़ों को कैद कर लेती है, उसी तरह उसने घमंड से पुरुषों और महिलाओं दोनों को एक पहाड़ी घाटी की गुफाओं में फेंक दिया और गुफाओं को पत्थरों से बंद कर दिया। ॥ १०-६७-७ ॥
