त्वं न्यस्तदण्डमुनिभिर्गदितानुभाव आत्माऽऽत्मदश्च जगतामिति मे वृतोऽसि । हित्वा भवद्भ्रुव उदीरितकालवेगध्वस्ताशिषोऽब्जभवनाकपतीन् कुतोऽन्ये ।। १०-६०-३९ ।।

Knowing that great sages who have renounced the sannyāsī’s daṇḍa proclaim Your glories, that You are the Supreme Soul of all the worlds, and that You are so gracious that You give away even Your own self, I chose You as my husband, rejecting Lord Brahmā, Lord Śiva and the rulers of heaven, whose aspirations are all frustrated by the force of time, which is born from Your eyebrows. What interest, then, could I have in any other suitors? ।। 10-60-39 ।।

english translation

यह जानते हुए कि संन्यासी दंड का त्याग करने वाले महान ऋषि आपकी महिमा का गान करते हैं, कि आप सभी संसारों के सर्वोच्च आत्मा हैं, और आप इतने दयालु हैं कि आप स्वयं को भी त्याग देते हैं, मैंने भगवान ब्रह्मा को अस्वीकार करते हुए, आपको अपने पति के रूप में चुना। , भगवान शिव और स्वर्ग के शासक, जिनकी आकांक्षाएं समय की शक्ति से कुंठित हो गई हैं, जो आपकी भौंहों से पैदा हुई है। तो फिर, मुझे किसी अन्य प्रेमी में क्या दिलचस्पी हो सकती है? ।। १०-६०-३६ ।।
