श्रीशुक उवाच इति प्रणयबद्धाभिर्गोपीभिः कृतरक्षणम् । पाययित्वा स्तनं माता सन्न्यवेशयदात्मजम् ।। १०-६-३० ।।

sanskrit

Śrīla Śukadeva Gosvāmī continued: All the gopīs, headed by mother Yaśodā, were bound by maternal affection. After they thus chanted mantras to protect the child, mother Yaśodā gave the child the nipple of her breast to suck and then got Him to lie down on His bed. ।। 10-6-30 ।।

english translation

श्रील शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने आगे कहा : माता यशोदा समेत सारी गोपियाँ मातृस्नेह से बँधी हुई थीं। इस तरह बालक की रक्षा के लिए मंत्रोच्चारण के बाद माता यशोदा ने बच्चे को अपना दूध पिलाया और उसे बिस्तर पर लिटा दिया। ।। १०-६-३० ।।
