आसाद्य देवीसदनं धौतपादकराम्बुजा । उपस्पृश्य शुचिः शान्ता प्रविवेशाम्बिकान्तिकम् ॥ १०-५३-४४ ॥
Upon reaching the goddess’s temple, Rukmiṇī first washed her lotus feet and hands and then sipped water for purification. Thus sanctified and peaceful, she came into the presence of mother Ambikā. ॥ 10-53-44 ॥
english translation
देवी के मंदिर में पहुंचने पर, रुक्मिणी ने पहले अपने कमल पैर और हाथ धोए और फिर शुद्धिकरण के लिए पानी पीया। इस प्रकार पवित्र और शांतिपूर्ण होकर, वह माँ अंबिका की उपस्थिति में आई। ॥ १०-५३-४४ ॥
