अवनिक्ताङ्घ्रियुगलौ भुक्त्वा क्षीरोपसेचनम् । ऊषतुस्तां सुखं रात्रिं ज्ञात्वा कंसचिकीर्षितम् ॥ १०-४२-२५ ॥

After Kṛṣṇa’s and Balarāma’s feet were bathed, the two Lords ate rice with milk. Then, although knowing what Kaṁsa intended to do, They spent the night there comfortably. ॥ 10-42-25 ॥

english translation

कृष्ण तथा बलराम के पाँव धोये जाने के बाद दोनों भाइयों ने खीर खाई। तत्पश्चात् यह जानते हुए ही कि कंस क्या करना चाहता है, उन दोनों ने वहाँ सुखपूर्वक रात बिताई। ॥ १०-४२-२५ ॥
