सरसि सारसहंसविहङ्गाश्चारुगीतहृतचेतस एत्य । हरिमुपासत ते यतचित्ता हन्त मीलितदृशो धृतमौनाः ।। १०-३५-११ ।।

sanskrit

The charming flute-song then steals away the minds of the cranes, swans and other lake-dwelling birds. Indeed they approach Kṛṣṇa, close their eyes and, maintaining strict silence, worship Him by fixing their consciousness upon Him in deep meditation. ।। 10-35-11 ।।

english translation

तब मनोहारी वंशी-गीत सारसों, हंसों तथा झील में रहने वाले अन्य पक्षियों के चित्त को चुरा लेता है। निस्सन्देह ये सभी अपनी आँखें बन्द किये और मौन साधे उनके पास जाते हैं और गहन ध्यान में उन पर अपनी चेतना को स्थिर करते हुए उनकी पूजा करते हैं। ।। १०-३५-११ ।।
