तैस्तैः पदैस्तत्पदवीमन्विच्छन्त्योऽग्रतोऽबलाः । वध्वाः पदैः सुपृक्तानि विलोक्यार्ताः समब्रुवन् ।। १०-३०-२६ ।।

The gopīs began following Kṛṣṇa’s path, as shown by His many footprints, but when they saw that these prints were thoroughly intermixed with those of His dearmost consort, they became perturbed and spoke as follows. ।। 10-30-26 ।।

english translation

गोपियाँ श्रीकृष्ण के अनेक पदचिन्हों से प्रदर्शित उनके मार्ग का अनुमान करने लगीं, किन्तु जब उन्होंने देखा कि ये चिन्ह उनकी प्रियतमा के चरणचिन्हों से मिल-जुल गये हैं, तो वे व्याकुल हो उठीं और इस प्रकार कहने लगीं। ।। १०-३०-२६ ।।
