न मय्यावेशितधियां कामः कामाय कल्पते । भर्जिता क्वथिता धानाः प्रायो बीजाय नेष्यते ।। १०-२२-२६ ।।

sanskrit

The desire of those who fix their minds on Me does not lead to material desire for sense gratification, just as barleycorns burned by the sun and then cooked can no longer grow into new sprouts. ।। 10-22-26 ।।

english translation

जो लोग अपना मन मुझ पर टिका देते हैं उनकी इच्छा उन्हें इन्द्रियतृप्ति की ओर नहीं ले जाती जिस तरह कि धूप से झुलसे और फिर अग्नि में पकाये गये जौ के बीज नये अंकुर बन कर नहीं उग सकते। ।। १०-२२-२६ ।।
