Srimad Bhagavatam
ते तत्र तत्राब्जयवाङ्कुशाशनिध्वजोपपन्नानि पदानि विश्पतेः । मार्गे गवामन्यपदान्तरान्तरे निरीक्षमाणा ययुरङ्ग सत्वराः ॥ १०-१६-१८ ॥
The footprints of Lord Kṛṣṇa, the master of the entire cowherd community, were marked with the lotus flower, barleycorn, elephant goad, thunderbolt and flag. My dear King Parīkṣit, seeing His footprints on the path among the cows’ hoofprints, the residents of Vṛndāvana rushed along in great haste. ॥ 10-16-18 ॥
english translation
समस्त ग्वाल समुदाय के स्वामी भगवान् कृष्ण के पदचिन्ह कमल के फूल, जौ, हाथी के अंकुश, वज्र तथा पताका से युक्त थे। हे राजा परीक्षित, मार्ग में गौवों के पदचिन्हों के बीच बीच में उनके पदचिन्हों को देखते हुए वृन्दावन के निवासी तेजी से दौड़े चले गये। ॥ १०-१६-१८ ॥
